Didi Conn (born 13th July 1951 in Brooklyn, New York as Edith Bernstein) is an American actress. She is best known as Frenchy in the musical movies Grease and Grease 2, Denise Stevens Downey from Benson and Stacy Jones from Shining Time Station. She also made a cameo as Vi in Grease Live!

Didi Conn is the only cast member from the original Shining Time Station series to reprise her role in Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
Conn recalls her involvement in Shining Time Station began when her agent called her up and said "How would you like to work with a Beatle?" Being a big Beatles fan, Conn enthusiastically agreed, unaware of the Thomas stories' popularity.[1]
Nicolle Rochelle (who played Tanya in the first and second series) recalls Conn helped create "the PBS Club" onset to encourage good behaviour by the child actors, putting stars on a chart and bringing gifts for them every week.[2]
Didi Conn has said that Thomas was her favourite engine.
