Round and Around is a magazine story.

Plot

One day, Bill and Ben are collecting trucks from the main yard. The twins begin debating who should set off first and finally, Bill does so. What Bill and Ben do not know, however, is that the points are set for the loop line. Bill rushes around the loop and gets surprised when he sees Ben in front of him.

Ben begins to grow worried as he has not seen Bill in a bit and decides to speed up. Bill sees this and decides to go faster, unaware Ben has now ended up back behind him. Bill and Ben keep going round and around on the loop until the Fat Controller arrives.

Bill and Ben try to explain what is going on, which leads to the Fat Controller explaining to the twins that they have been travelling on the loop. The twins are very embarrassed and soon their points are set correctly.
