Simcha Barbiro (Hebrew: שמחה ברבירו; born 27th April 1967) is an Israeli theatre and television actor who narrated Thomas & Friends in Israel. He narrated the first to fifth series for the Hop! Channel in 2000, and later participated in the Hebrew dub of Thomas and the Magic Railroad in 2002.
Barbiro's voice is known for his dubbing works in many animated TV shows and feature films, such as dubbing Stitch and Dr. Hamsterviel in Lilo & Stitch: The Series and the anime Stitch!, Krillin and Frieza from Dragon Ball (Z and GT) and Scrooge McDuck and Gizmoduck in the 2017 reboot of DuckTales.
