The Sodor Story Collection is a book series published and illustrated by Sodor Island Publishing. The books come with Wooden Railway products and other items to reenact the different stories.
History
The line was developed with an emphasis on using wood that was of higher quality and quantity to recent Wooden Railway products. The line also introduced several exclusive engines that would not appear in the television series (with the exception of Sam, who himself was only an exception due to being an American engine in Big World! Big Adventures!).[1]
The range was discontinued in late 2016 after the Direct-To-Consumer team was disbanded[2], with Wooden Railway being replaced by Wood not long after in 2017.
