Colin R. Fox (20 November 1938 - 5 April 2025) was a Canadian actor and. He was originally hired to replace Patrick Breen as the voice of Henry in Thomas and the Magic Railroad, but he himself was later replaced by Kevin Frank.[1]
He also played the role of Mr. Hobart Hume the Third in the Shining Time Station episode Schemer's Special Club.
