Valley View (also known as Woodland Way or Lakeside Runby) is a picnic stop on the Skarloey Railway. The Refreshment Lady serves tea here. There are picnic benches and a view of the lake.

The lake and valley appearance wise is based on Taf Fechan reservoir, near the Brecon Mountain Railway.
- The lake's real world equivalent is Llyn Mwyngil, also known as Talyllyn Lake.
In the tenth series, the line past Valley View was upgraded from one track to two tracks.
